The first step to creating your custom house plans is meeting in person! Here at Daylily Design we value customer relationship, and see that as a vital aspect in designing your home.
Virtual Design
One benefit to using us for your house plans is that mostly everything is virtual after the first meeting! Meaning you can make all changes to your plans, and view them from the comfort of your own home during the design process.
Design on paper
Once your design plans are finalized, we will hand deliver your plans on 24” x 36” drafting paper! You will receive 3 paper copies, and also plans via PDF through email.

If you struggle to envision what your house plans would look like, then we have the solution for you! With our 3d package options you are able to get a realistic view of both the exterior and interior views of your future home.
Interior Design Assistance
If choosing paint colors, lighting, materials, etc. is something you need assistance with, we are here to help! With the premium package options we will choose paint colors, materials, lighting, etc. for you! You will receive a list of all paint colors and materials used.
