1:1 COnsultation
The first step to creating your custom house plans is meeting in person or via zoom! Here at Daylily Design we value customer relationship, and see that as a vital aspect in designing your home.
Design on paper
Once your design plans are finalized, we will hand deliver your plans on 24” x 36” drafting paper! You will receive 3 paper copies, and also plans via PDF through email. If you’ve purchased an interior design package, you’ll also receive a printed booklet with all paints, floors, finish materials listed to hand contractors.
Virtual Design
One benefit to using us for your house plans is that mostly everything is virtual after the first meeting! Meaning you can make all changes to your plans, and view them from the comfort of your own home during the design process.

We are a design firm specializing in high-end custom builds and large-scale renovations. In addition to architectural design and interior design services, we provide initial site visits to help you place your custom home in the most aesthetically pleasing way possible- allowing us to assist with every aspect of your build, from beginning to end. We also provide consulting to point you in the right direction to get your build started.
Clients may purchase services a la carte, or as a total package. We are happy to design your home ourselves or work with you on an existing plan.
